Your Two-Day Journey: Day 1:

  • A comfortable ride will collect you from your residence around 8 am, kicking off your journey to Doi Inthanon National Park.
  • Upon arrival, your guide will provide an overview of the day’s hike and what to expect.
  • You’ll embark on a trek through lush jungle terrain, visiting cascading waterfalls where you can swim and unwind.
  • The trek includes a visit to a local Karen hill tribe village, offering a glimpse into their cultural lifestyle.
  • The night will be spent in a bamboo cabin nestled within the jungle, complete with mosquito nets for comfort. A campfire will set the scene for a communal dining experience under the stars.

Day 2:

  • Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading back into the jungle, making your way to the elephant camp.
  • There, you’ll be welcomed by the Karen hill tribe and dressed in traditional attire for the day’s activities.
  • You’ll have the chance to feed and interact with the elephants, followed by a walk to the river for a memorable bathing session with these gentle giants.
  • After bidding farewell to the elephants, you’ll be treated to another home-cooked meal before a short hike to a picturesque waterfall.
  • The adventure concludes with bamboo rafting down the river, offering a unique perspective of the surrounding nature.
  • Your return trip to Chiang Mai will have you back to your lodging by approximately 5:30 pm.

  • A change of clothes, considering cooler mountain temperatures
